Photo Submission & Copyright

It is illegal for Kotori to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer or company that holds the copyright of the photo. We will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. By submitting me photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold Kotori liable in any respect whatsoever, in contract or it tort, for any use or misuse of copyrighted images.

You understand and agree that the submission of any digital photo to Kotori Designs and the download or upload of any materials through Kotori is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to your written materials, photos or computer system.

License

By agreeing to these terms you hereby grant Kotori a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use all of the materials and photos that you submit including all trade secrets, copyrights, patents or other intellectual property contained in such material photos.

International Policies

Many countries have their own policies concerning the purchase and resale of metals including sterling silver and fine German silver and pewter. Please be aware of your own countries policies before reselling Kotori merchandise to your clients. We are not responsible for infringements against your country's policies.

Privacy Policy

Kotori may send you emails from customer service related to your account information, your orders or answers to your email for help. We may also send you emails about promotions, special offers and new products. You may opt in or out of receiving promotional emails at any time by emailing Kotori. Kotori will never give or sell your personal information to anyone.

Copyright

Kotori Designs and all related images or printed materials are exclusive copyrights or other intellectual property of Kotori Designs. All other trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets or other intellectual property contained in the photos and other materials that appear on the Kotori site are the property of their respective owners. You are not entitled to use any images in connection with any product or service without the express permission of Kotori and/or the owner of that image. Kotori items are not allowed for public sale on-line through sites such as etsy or eBay. You may post image on your photography website, but jewelry sales are restricted to your own clients through your studio. You are not entitled to duplicate, sell or distribute any such images or materials without the express permission of Kotori or the owner of that content.
