Once a client has a Kotori piece of jewelry, adding to it year after year becomes even easier. Just purchase a new individual charm for any of our pieces. You just send us their Kotori bracelet or necklace and we'll take care of respacing the old charms and adding the new ones for FREE.  Yes, even on bracelets like the Love Bracelet where the whole piece needs to be reconfigured.  All you need to do is ship us the original piece and we take care of the rest. And when you client gets their new and improved Kotori jewelry, you can take all the credit for updating it for them... we don't mind a bit.

This makes gifting Kotori pieces to your clients a no brainer... after all once they have a piece, they'll want to start adding to it, right? From a marketing perspective, this is a great tool for encouraging your clients to return to add to their existing piece as they come back for sittings and it will add to your image as a boutique studio that goes the extra mile for your clients.
