Cropped Photographs, Please

We prefer that you crop your images to ensure you are happy with the artistic look of the final product. You do not have to crop them to exact size, just to the shape needed.  Images cropped square or circular should be sent at 3x3 inches. Rectangular images should be cropped 5x7. Always make sure to leave 'bleed' space around the edges as we'll need to trim your image down some when setting into the jewelry.

If the image is circular, just send us the image cropped square, being mindful of centering - a good tip is to use your elliptical marquee tool in Photoshop to preview how it will look as a circular image. We also recommend using PreeVu software as a method for previewing how your image will look.

Please do not send us your image embedded in the editable files, just the original image.

Minimum Resolution

We recommend .jpg files with a minimum resolution of 300 ppi. Do keep in mind that due to the size of the images, you will not have the same crispness you can expect of a larger image due to the fewer number of pixels even when printing at 300 ppi at a professional imaging lab. Please make sure to embed you ICC profile similar to when you send in your images to your lab. We recommend using sRGB, as that's the preference for our lab.

We do run an unsharpen mask action on the images once they are sized down to aid with crispness. If you would prefer we not run the unsharpen mask, just make a note of that in the special instructions area.

Special Instructions

We will assemble your item in the order that the images are uploaded (Charm 1, Charm 2, Charm 3, etc). Feel free to give us any specific instructions with your order (ie. girl in red hat should be next to "Susan" stamped charm). Please don't use file names for extra information, descriptors work best as we can't see the file names once the images are downloaded and printed.

Hand Stamped Charms

Hand stamped charms are individually stamped by hand are not intended to be perfect. That is part of the hand made quality of stamping. All words are stamped in our smaller sized letters with the exception of initial charms. Please make sure you have written the word spelled correctly as we cannot accept returns or exchanges on stamped charms unless it's due to our own spelling error.
